If your qualifying boiler is already protected by a manufacturer warranty, we reduce the TotalCare core price by £4/month while that eligible warranty remains valid.
That means an eligible warranty customer can pay £10.99/month for the core plan instead of £14.99/month.

The manufacturer-warranty reduction is separate from the core-price guarantee and ends when the eligible warranty no longer applies.
Instead of starting again with the normal public diagnostic/call-out route, TotalCare gives qualifying boiler breakdowns a defined member attendance price.
Includes diagnosis and Blackstone labour for the qualifying boiler repair. You pay only for the replacement components or parts required for that repair.
