In order to carry out routine service or safety check, your appliance needs to be fully functioning and operating correctly. Your annual appliance service does not include repairs to pre-existent issues,
When we attend your service and your appliance not working correctly or we identify issues during service, your engineer will discuss this with you then ring this through where we will provide a one-off fixed price repair solution tailored to you before we complete any repair and service.
